How long will the driver wait for me?
For city pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes. At the cruise port, the wait time is 30 minutes. For airport pickups, we allow 1 hour of free waiting time after your flight lands.
What happens if I don’t show up for my ride?
If you do not show up within the waiting time, your ride will be marked as a No-Show, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Can I book a taxi in advance?
Yes, absolutely! You can pre-book your taxi through our website, phone, or WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and timely pickup.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes, we specialize in airport transfers to and from Barcelona-El Prat Airport, with professional service and real-time flight tracking to ensure timely pickups.
